History of Yoga - Introduction to the history of yoga at the first intensive, followed by a course written by the late Georg Feuerstein, includes home reading and research and discussions at the MC's.
Yoga Physiology - Introduction the yogic concepts of matter, spirit and the gunas. This topic also includes reading, research and discussion at the MC's.
Asana - Asana that are included in the whole course will be introduced and then over the course will be investigated. A few of these asana practices will be included in your personal practice for exploration and journalling. Not every asana is suitable for every body and this is part of the learning process and we take into consideration our individuality and current ability. There will be a strong focus on breathing through asana practice for preparation for the pranayama practice that begins in Module Two.
Module Two
Anatomy and Physiology - continues throughout the course.
Yoga Physiology - Introduction to the prana vayus and koshas, includes reading, practice and short written assessment.

Art of Adjustment - Eve Grzybowski
Module Four
Anatomy & Physiology - continues throughout the course
The Professional Yogi - Eve will present this as a mini course and will wrap up at the final intensive.
Restorative Yoga - Introduction to the basics of Restorative Yoga.
Practice Classes - for those intending to teach, you will organise small group classes with friends, family or colleagues and start at beginner level teaching. No money exchange. Your ideas and programs will be planned and discussed at intensives and MC. This is wonderful practice for the real world of teaching yoga.
Masterclasses (4hrs) - time to discuss and open up the areas you may have difficulty with, will include practice classes - chanting, relaxation and meditation techniques, asana practice and the study notes from the online A&P course and History and Philosophy. At different times Eve will chime into these classes to help out in the areas that she is teaching.
Intensives (8-9hrs) - Include asana, meditation and pranayama sessions, presentations of many different yogic concepts in history, philosophy, physiology. Guest teachers may present at Intensives.
3 Day Retreat @ Stroud Monastery - the Retreat is a deep intensive pulling together the teachings that have been presented over the course. This weekend is opened to the public and will be aimed at Yoga Teachers. It will be a wonderful opportunity for you to meet other teachers, new and old, and listen to some wonderful guest teachers.
Final Intensive Weekend - Includes some lifestyle sessions and discussions on how to live and eat ethically from the yogic perspective. And will include time for some kirtan, shatkarmas, to rest and relax and ask all the questions that didn’t get asked during the year.
Mentoring - Ongoing mentoring until Feb 2021 by attendance at classes will help to solidify your experience. As part of the course structure and for the duration of the TT you have the opportunity to attend 1 class a week with Megan. Any extra classes or workshops will incur a fee with 50% off.
A little like putting the finishing touches onto our beautiful 'self portrait' that we have been preparing all year.
Join us, this is the personal journey of a life time........
